Hiroshi Aramata
After graduating from Keio University, Hiroshi Aramata worked as a systems engineer for ten years at Nichiro Gyogyo (now Maruha Nichiro) before striking out on his own. While he was working as an editorial assistant for an encyclopedia, Aramata wrote Teito Monogatari, which went on to become a bestseller and win the Nihon SF Taisho Award. He continues to write enthusiastically about a wide range of subjects, including occultism, natural history and feng shui.
